My roof was replaced today, 9/21/2021. Chris Palas, sales rep, was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He kept in close contact with me from start to finish via texts/phone calls and emails, as requested. I felt very supported when making any roofing decisions out of my comfort zone. He went above and beyond to see that everything was done with excellence. Don Logan, production manager, provided on site oversight of the roofing job and gave assistance with bringing additional needed repair materials at Chris’ request. Juan’s five man roofing crew were superb. They were diligent workers, helping each other as a team and communicated well with each other, as well as, Chris and Don. Juan’s crew also were very careful to promptly remove all debris from my yard and driveway as they went. This was very appreciated, as I have young grandchildren after school and an elderly mom in my home. Lastly, everyone was also very respectful and courteous to me and my family throughout their time on my property. I highly recommend them to do any type of roof needed.
Chris Palas is an absolute angel and professional! I called the company this morning and my roof leaks are fixed 5 hours later. I received before and after photos on the spot and an invoice for documentation. I plan to build in the near future. I will be calling Chris and Abel Aleman Roofing Company!
Very efficient, quick to answer emails and schedule estimate. Quick to follow up with you. Did my roof in about 8 hours and it looks great! Whatever times he stated that he would be here he was. Had very hard-working workers and efficient. Estimate was right on the dollar.
They were wonderful to work with and their crews did excellent work! They did our roof and inside ceiling repairs. We will definitely use them again if we ever have the need! I actually just recommended them to someone else and they just finished our job today.
Just as Luther H said - I too called this company about getting an estimate on Monday and was told a salesman would call. Today is Thursday and NO CALL, I agree unprofessional and unresponsive. I called them 3 years ago and I got the same thing. I thought I would give them a second chance this time. NO MORE.
