AHS sent this company out after our heating unit stop heating during the winter storm of 2023. The technician Ronnie was kind of rude when my Sister commented about him being late. (He was only 7 minutes past the 10am to 3pm window) but freakin rude about it. He smelled like dirty clothes not a hard day’s work. Ronnie did not check both furnaces upstairs even though he saw TWO units outside. My husband took their survey In which they replied that leaving one star was bit excessive since they were not late and could not get to our “unit” because it blocked by furniture😑. Well the unit that he should have looked at was blocked by nothing. One star and 👎👎 Update: Instead of the owner contacting me he she it replied that they hope people can see this review for what it is hateful. The review is the experience. No wonder they have so many one star reviews. We called Milestone and had the best experience with phenomenal customer service.
Affordable Heat and Air did a remarkable job installing our new unit! They were friendly, courteous, and beyond reasonable with their price! I would highly recommend anyone to use them for air-conditioning or heating services!

Awesome company and friendly technicians. The dispatcher even gave me regular text updates throughout the day letting me know my place in line. The guys had a busy day with lots of customers scheduled ahead of me for the day, but you’d never know it. They were as friendly as could be and went right to work diagnosing my problem. Turns out I just needed a Freon charge. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and use them again the next time the need arises.
Unfortunately this has been the worst experience ever! I would run away from ever choosing this company as yours! They came out 6 times and were never able to resolve our issues and both our outside and inside unit are in worse shape now then when they started. The cherry to the cake, the last tech unplugged our garage fridge freezer and we didn’t find out until 48hrs later… we lost everything in both.
