As the temperature outside began dropping, it was time to turn on the heating system in our home. After having the system on for a few hours, we realized something was wrong. We called a company out and after inspecting the unit, they gave their initial quote on the work needing to be done. It would be four days for parts to arrive and a few additional days to schedule the service. I wanted a second opinion/ quote, so I decided to give Airview AC a call. Best decision I could have made! They showed up the same day to provide the second opinion we were needing. There was no need to wait for parts to be ordered or a week to get on the schedule. They would be able to have their work crew out to get the job done the very next day. Mario and his crew showed up on time and were incredibly thorough. By mid-day, we finally had heat in our home!! After all of the installation, they crew ensured to clean up every area of the house they were in so there was no trash or dirt left in the house. Would absolutely recommend using Airview AC to anyone! Huge thanks to Eric Ortega, service manager, and Mario and his crew!
This company is excellent. I trust them. I am contacted when it is time for them to do maintenance and an appointment is scheduled. I don’t have to worry about the heating and cooling systems. The service representatives they send are professional, knowledgeable and kind/considerate. Everything is explained as to what was done/observed. Eric was my maintenance person this time and he was very thorough. I appreciate this company and the representatives that come here to check my system. Thank you
Airview AC was recommended to me by a fellow colleague who is also a real estate agent. The technician was available to come out within 48 hours to inspect the HVAC unit on my seller's home. Found the issue within 30 minutes, had the AC fixed and running perfectly so the home sale transaction could progress without a hitch.
