If I could put zero stars on this review I would. I brought an old bronco to this shop to have them replace my front pump because I was getting no fluid pressure to my cooler and they told me “your engine isn’t running good so we can’t fix your transmission”. This transmission doesn’t even have a computer to program to the engine…. They did nothing right and didn’t show good customer service either.
I took my car here to get the transmission rebuilt. I was quoted a price gave approval to do the repair. Was told would have it back in 2 days max 3. I called a week later and they haven't even started working on the car. Then was told they would start next day and will have too order parts. At that point I told them I'm picking up the car. They still charged me a hundred bucks for moving my car I guess. What a joke don't tell a customer when something will be done if you ain't certain have some accountability to your customers. Definitely will not recommend or ever return.
RC and his guys helped get my f-250 back on the road! They found all the shotty work from precious owner and I was up running quickly! Thanks alpha for the great work!
Not only did they do the work at about 50% the price of what the previous shop charged, they drove me home and picked me up when it was ready. The issue was with some wheel bearings and differential seals. Throughout the process they sent me pictures of the broken parts and any other issues they found during their investigation. Jeremy did a fantastic job with communicating with me and I could not be happier with the service. Awesome job, I look forward to using them again in the future!
They are helpful, solution oriented, and good at their job. We had to make an emergency stop at their shop for shock's bolts failure Friday 4pm. At the same time, one of their guy while calling auto parts agencies for new parts other two guys were trying to find substitute bolts on the car for the time being solution. And, they found some bolts on my cars that isn't used actively while driving. They put us on the vacation road to Oklahoma in a half of an hour.
