I ended up with a fish dinner. Supposed to have 5 fish and crinkled cut fries, and I ordered stuffed jalapeno peppers. Cream cheese jalapeno peppers are good. The fish is pretty small, not much flavor. They ended up giving me curly fries instead.
The heat lamp wasn't giving my order any love because it wasn't warm. Aside from that, it's Arby's, and they get that free pass. I love that they are innovative and risk takers. Food quality during this visit was good and admirable.
Huge food poisoning. I threw up all night and the next day. I had their fish filet and curly fries. I don't know what the hell is wrong, but seeing all the reviews this arby is 100% poorly ran. I'm disgusted with what I actually ate now.
This location rocks. I always appreciate when staff has fun with their job. The guy working the drive through was hilarious but also very friendly and attentive. Food was all fresh, hot, and yummy! We were just passing through but may have to stop by again.
Went in for dinner for 2 for $9.99, and they told me I had to use the app. I showed them where the app failed to place the order, then did it 2 more times in front of them 3, and they just looked at me like I wasn't speaking English. To top it off, the app charged me 3 times for the meal even though it failed, so I ended up buying the meals at normal price. They seriously need to work on customer service skills.
