They were hired to fix the sewer line in the house I recently bought. Well, they did, and in doing so they took out a big chunk of dirt and put a new pump. However, when done they did not put the dirt back where it was supposed to go. Instead they put all dirt in a pile in front of my back room. There is a french drain going around that room, for the rain water to go away the house. When they took the dirt out they also took the drain out and disturbed the water flow. They left the drain on top of the pile of dirt and with the recent rains the water instead of going away from the house ended inside the back room. When I email them to send someone to check it out they refused. I had to spend little over $1,400 to fix the mess. If you don't want these people to destroy your backyard don't use them. The below pictures show how the backyard looked before the work was done and after they left the pile of dirt with the drain on top.

Back during the "big" freeze last year my rental property in Sherman had a busted pipe... every plumbing company I called was 2 to 3 weeks out. Arrow got to it in 3 days and did a good job. I'm happy
