HOTEL HELL!!!! Where do I begin? I was looking for a suite and went in 3 weeks prior to look at the room and book my daughter’s birthday party! She wanted a pool party! After spending $160 extra not including the room for the party the POOL WAS freezing! The pool was the whole party! They said it was heated and it was NOT! The kids tried the hot tub it was cold but not as cold and everyone of them started coughing from all the chemicals in the hot tub! Also the kids only got to swim MAYBE 15 minutes due to terrible conditions!!!!! Was never offered a refund! Next morning I talk to the manager and she tells me I am being charged $300 because they had to have a pool guy come out for something WE HAD nothing to do with!! No discount or anything offered! Went back to my room and took a nap till check out…. We are allowed late check outs being a member!! After all of the $ spent she charged us for another night because it was past 1:00!!!!! My husband and daughter tried notifying the front desk of the late checkout and couldn’t find anyone!!! Hotels are supposed to be about hospitality!!!!! The attitude I was given was ridiculous and j basically feel like they stole my $!!! They knew that pool was all messed up!!! Will NEVER RETURN to this hotel!!! HOTEL HELL!! 12-28-23 Called in advance got a room. It was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The covers on the bed were so soft and very warm comfort plush!!! Morning breakfast i learned how to do waffles on the waffle iron and the waffles were shaped like TEXAS VERY CUTE!! AND I HAVE A JACK RUSSELL AND HE WAS WELCOME! AND GREAT PRICES!! I SAY GIVE EVERYONE A RAISE!!
It's definitely not my favorite Best Western. I went into the breakfast area at 7:08 a.m., since it opened at seven. I pumped coffee out of the canister, and it was room temperature. I found the woman working in the area, and she told me Just microwave it." I requested hot coffee, and she replied with a sassy tone "well you'll have to wait at least 10 minutes." I do not mind waiting, but I would prefer appropriate customer service. The room is adequate but very plain. There are no curtains on the window, the door to the room and bathroom need maintenance, the toilet seat is sidesaddled, ugh, our food went bad in the refrigerator, it did not work at all, and although they advertise a gym it's closed. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because the room was clean. You can definitely smell a lot of bleach. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Not your typical Best Western.
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!! This hotel has the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. I was told since I was an hour early there would be a 20 dolar early check in fee. I felt like that was to much but I paid it anyway. On our way home we noticed we were charged 30. I called the hotel and let them know I was told 20 they said sorry 30 is our policy. I asked to speek to a manager and was told to call back the next day and that it would not do any good to do so. Called back today and was told no again. She said maybee you souldnt have cheked in early so I told her maybee I shouldn't have stayed there at all. I was told maybee you shouldnt. So I told her I guess your goimg to loose a customer over 30 bucks that stayes there every year. She said yep. Edit! Just FYI, I called corporate and filed a formal complaint. You can take that 10 bucks you stole from me and put it toward that fine they are about to give you.
Booked a month early for one night. Room air-conditioned sounded like train coming through room. Sink didn't drain and shower barely had water coming out. Normally room $111. Charged us $137 but billed out at $189. Not worth this at all. They also lied to us.
