Very clean and well maintained hotel. For less than $100 including taxes, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a while. Location was convenient and check-in was easy. The staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and displayed care for our experience. I can't remember ever having the front desk call my room 20 minutes after checking in making sure everything was to my satisfaction. If we are ever back in Ardmore we are without a doubt staying here.
I felt that this place was safe, It was lite up parking lot, real hot breakfast with meats and and fresh fruit, clean hallways as well as a full kitchen in some of the rooms . I always look for a ring around the tubs lol!! No rings so they do actually clean n sanitize. The room was big . Pool was clean indoors, The price was great , Staff friendly and best of all the location is great !! Happy !! We will be back . BestWestern is my favorite!!!
This is our third time staying at Best Western in Ardmore Oklahoma. The previous two visits were good. I have two requirements for a good hotel stay. I just need a comfortable bed and a hot shower. This morning the shower was ice cold even after running it for a few minutes. I requested a 50% refund from the attendant on duty at 7:30 and was told I just needed to let it run for two minutes. I explained it ran well over two minutes and it was still cold. It was not his problem or concern. Thankfully, there are lots of other hotels in Ardmore. I recommend you choose a different hotel for your next stay in Ardmore. I know I will stay at a different hotel. Update: 2-3-2023 The assistant manager was kind enough to call me and apologize for the lack of hot water in the shower. Apparently, I wasn’t the only cry baby. He said they would refund 50% of the room cost. He did not say they are going to fix the problem. I stand behind my first review and will stay at one of the other many hotels in the area next time.
My wife and i booked this hotel for one night on our way back to DFW. Check in was smooth, room was large and everything very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Would stay there again at any time. Thank you for this very nice experience!
Excellent service, very clean room and bathroom, and bar service until 11pm. I stay in a lot of hotels in TX, OK, and LA for work, and rarely (almost never) am I this impressed. This is a family owned and operated hotel, and clearly they understand the true definition of hospitality. Keep up the great work… wishing you great success!
