My boyfriend and I ended up here completely by chance after a car accident during the winter ice storm. They were one of the only places with rooms but I am so so thankful this is where we landed.
The hotel staffs kindness and generosity was unmatched in our time of need. They blocked off the room for us and helped save the rate despite us not knowing how long we would be stuck there. They checked in on us daily and even helped to drive us 30 minutes up the road in order to retrieve a rental car once it was safe to be on the road again.
We are so grateful for the above and beyond service and friendliness of the people who ran this hotel. As for a place to sleep - the room was clean, the beds comfortable, and amenities well kept. Save some cash for the casino and support these folks instead!

2 nights paid with points and $$. Excellent service, great hotel room and close to casino (2min north). Two hours from home make this destination a frequent visit for the wife and I. Hotel is fresh and clean and rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is plentiful and filling.

My husband comes here everytime he goes to Winstar never had a problem until this last time. This morning he left a gold chain that has been passed down through his family on the bathroom sink. (Yes it is his fault and we completely understandable that) in hopes maybe someone found it he called and the “assistant manager” Jenny told him that nobody has turned anything in and was completely rude to him for no reason. He even offered a reword worth more than the necklace itself and that seemed to upset her more. He called me upset about it so I called them later on in hopes that maybe someone did find it. I got the same person I’d asked for the manager she claimed to be the only manager there. I told her the situation she said she checked the room herself and she sounded irritated. So I asked if there was anything else we could do and I started to explain to her we will be making a police report for the stolen necklace (as in if someone ponds it maybe we can get it and not even towards the hotel itself) and she went off on me. Pretty much saying that even if someone stole it we couldn’t do anything about it with the papers we signed and then proceeded to hang up on me. I swear I wasn’t being rude and there was no reason that. I truly just wanted someone to come forward with it because I honestly don’t want anyone getting in trouble for it. People make mistakes and we just want it back because it means a lot to him. Though nothing can never be so simple he’s on his way to file the report so hopefully we get it back and hopefully Miss Jenny finds some happiness in her bitter world. Hopefully this won’t happen to anyone else and please always remember to double check your rooms before leaving.

Bed sheets were horrible. The sheets were old and had cotton balls which were uncomfortable to sleep on. The complimentary breakfast was very poor. The eggs were like warm, bacon not fully cooked, gravy was luke warm and not very tasty, coffee machine was out and after it was fixed the coffee was not very tasty.

I had to stay here all week because of ice storm . It was last minute, and they were able to get me a room , and have been so nice . The rooms are clean , the location is safe , and the staff are the nicest people I have ever dealt with . I am a traveling nurse so I have dealt with a lot of hotels / staff . I would definitely recommend this place ! Thank y’all for being so kind ❤️
