We parked, looked at the river rock by the building then stayed in the car a while contemplating due to not knowing how much river rock would be. Gentleman came out asked if we had any questions and told us we could look at the other rock around the drive. *This did not feel like when you pull into a dealship being pounced on by sales reps.. He went to work in the yard.We drove around and stayed in car some more debating. Was thinking it would be $100 ton not $250 ton. He came back when we were ready and helped us with pure kindness. Only down side which is not this business fault, we hoped to get it today but have to wait til Monday for delivery. He helped us determine how much we needed and tips on filling in some gaps if needed. GREAT SERVICE! Lot is clean, organized and labeled with name and pricing. Update. Delivery day has come. Very pleased with delivery. Gentlemen was very kind. Gave me some pointers on how to get the rock out. We will be back in the future for more projects
Don't use this place. I'm a local landscaper that went in and paid $225 for what they say is Tejas Black Rock but is definitely not. Stoneyard 2 miles away sells the same rock for $51.00. Went back and showed them and was told "nothing I can do about it". Will never get my business again and will be letting all my Landscaping buddies to boycott these scammers.
Fast friendly and easy to work with. They're more than helpful enough to not only help you choose what you actually need but get it loaded up for you on top of that
Was putting some rocks in our flowerbed. They loaded my trailer and we noticed my tires were low on air pressure. They aired up my tires and we were on our way.
My first of many future visits, this place is amazing! The set up and displays were perfect to make your selections and the office was clean and very inviting! I would like to especially mention Scott Sanders, he was so helpful and such a gentleman to me and his customer service skills were awesome! I have shared my experience with my friends and now I want to share it with "customer review readers" .... If you are doing a project.... Do yourself a favor and call this company, you will be so happy that you did!
