Ordered the omelet biscuit and biscuits and gravy. They seemed shorthanded and overwhelmed. The biscuits and gravy was ok, but the omelet biscuit was simply an egg on a biscuit. Long wait times and rarely anyone at counter to give you utensils, pretty sure because there were only 3 people there working.
The people at this location are always so nice and so friendly and helpful as I am a very regular customer but today the lady behind the counter Savannah was wonderful above and beyond! I had driven from Antlers and always come before my doctor's appointment to get breakfast and today I was running late, as always honestly, and I called about 30 minutes before breakfast was supposed to be over and no answer so I continued to call the entire 30 minutes and still no answer and once I got there it was actually 5 to 6 minutes after breakfast stopped but I still took a chance of going in to see if they had anything left from breakfast! When I told her what had happened she absolutely went above and beyond! She went in the kitchen and talked to the Cook and told him what happened and together they figured out a way to get me two fresh monster biscuits which is exactly what I wanted! Thank you to both of them, I don't know the gentleman's name but I appreciate him nonetheless and this location is always top-notch in my opinion! Even when they make a mistake they make it right and own up to it! Thanks yall!
If I could rate it lower I would. No answer at the drive thru speaker. Waiting behind a car that was talking to the guy at the drive thru window for 8 minutes. No response or acknowledgement that we were even there. The guy behind me waited just as long and when we drove off so did the. Yesterday evening just before dark. Worst non service of any major chain in my life.
Loved it. Hadn’t had Carl’s Jr for 4 years and went here while traveling, it might have been the freshest big Carl I’ve ever had!
Very slow service. Not the best burger I have ever had. But the people were pleasant.
