We stopped for lunch as we passed through Ardmore and as we are wont to do, scouted out this Mexican restaurant. Located in downtown Ardmore, this restaurant was in a renovated historic building which had a neat atmosphere. We had their regular queso, and I was curious about the Fire Roasted Queso. We ordered it as well and it had great flavor. Little Flip Out had his usual kid’s taco and he enjoyed it. I had their chili and cheese burrito. I really enjoyed it, and it was good. Mrs. Flip Out had the carne asada and the meat had great flavor. Littlest Flip Out loved the veggies and beans that came with her meal. It was definitely worth the stop!
Didn’t mention online that there is a buffet with reduced pricing, so if you’re late you pay more. Vegetarian/ vegan options are limited. When you ask to substitute meat with alternatives you are either charged extra or meat items are omitted but same price. It was an okay experience. The music however was amazing, thanks for that. Also the server were nice and reasonably timely, accommodating for a family with kids.
Food was really good. The flour tortillas....oh my word. So worth it just for the tortillas. I had a cheese enchilada with rice & beans and the husband had Chili Rojo (spicy). Really good flavors. Service was ok. The place is pretty big and roomy and could accommodate a large group. Definitely going back next time we are in the area.
I went to dine in on 10/18/22 the food always amazing our server was Ginger she was very sweet and on point ,unfortunately forgot my very small wallet on the table , and didn’t know until the following day when it was to late to call so 48 hour later I made the call hoping someone found it . It had over 400. In cash . I called and they said it was there , I was super excited to even get it back even if there was no cash left . To my excitement all the money was still in my wallet . I sent my brother to give the person a 25 .00 reward . I just want to give this girl a big thank you . And a shout out , I don’t think there are a lot of honest people left these days , so thank you so much Ginger . And to the management , I already love this Resturant and now I will continue to dine there .
Great food and excellent service!! Our wonderful waitress took care of us like royalty!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
