Don’t go to the Gainesville Chick-fil-A after 4pm with high schoolers working because they do know how to make people’s orders right, didn’t fill my fries all the way and it’s cooked in old grease. And I told the girl in the drive thru I wanted bbq sauce and pretend to ring it up and they didn’t give me at the window and I left without realizing it’s not in my bag. Horrible customer service. Fire all the kids and hire adults

Food was ordered on mobile dine in. The food came hot and fresh. The restaurant had a school bus of people and the wait for our food was not very long. The building and grounds were very clean as expected with a Chick-fil-A. The atmosphere was cozy and calm feeling. Well lit with natural and artificial light. A well designed space. The staff interaction was minimal but professional.

I have never gotten wilty salad from them. The Market Salad was delicious 😋 And my pup got a Chick-fil-A

Their new vegan menu is fantastic! I was able to charge my Tesla while I ate. Special thanks to Brad for the free refills. Thanks Brad.

Stopped in with the family headed out of town. First carhop took our order, we had to correct her. Then she still added bacon to a grilled chicken sandwich which would be more that the chicken club of which comes with bacon. And then the carhop manager looking guy tried to correct our order but couldn't complete it...that was one transaction return. The lady at the window gave us the wrong order twice. They didn't give us straws. I asked for no tomatoes, they put the tomatoes on and then took them off, what if I was allergic.
