The new renovations are ok !! The parking lot and drive thru area are more congested and there’s little to absolutely no parking spots The drive thru area where you get your food is highly dangerous!! The young man taking orders to cars is in a unsafe place and could potentially cause serious bodily injury to the employees and patrons
we did a mobil order this morning and they forgot an item, which is not that big of a deal. It was a big order. Buuuut…when opening the milk for my grandson, I thought it felt a bit light. twisted the lid and it removed too easily. No wonder. The safety lid was pulled back and the bottle was half emtpy. 😟🤨🤮
The best chicken sandwich and nuggets are hands down. The shakes are delicious! Finally, the question we all want to know: how do they train employees? They are the best. I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A.
Went through the drive-thru today and gave the rep my credit card to pay for my food. A glitch with the system with my card caused the rep to run my card again. He said I was good to go. I get to drive-thru to pick up my food and the guy bringing my food to the car says I need to pay. I told him I would not pay twice and told him to forget the order because I would not pay twice. Instead I go in and speak with manager named Carter and explain situation to him and he explains that transaction was cancelled, but my bank records show different. Told me to come back in a couple of days if the issue is not resolved. How am I guaranteed he will even remember who I am or what if I have to deal with another manager that is not aware of the issue. Needless to say, this will be the last time I patronize this location. A little more compassion for the situation should have be given considering it was your system that glitched.
Everything was clean. Fast service. Great food! Tried the chicken wrap for the first time, it was an excellent alternative. Definitely will return and try more.
