I found an excellent offer I could not refuse so I took the opportunity. My room was average my only issue was how loud was my AC unit all night. The shower looked like it needed to be replaced; it was clean but it look old and many repairs done to it. The bed and sheets were clean. The breakfast was good; waffle machine and some juice, didn’t care much about the coffee it always tastes bad at hotels I don’t know why its always like this. The staff in this location, day and night were super nice to me and very polite. No complains at all from my part! It does look like there are repairs being done to it; new AC units and other appliances.

To start off this review we will not be back, got to the hotel at check in time.. got to the room to see that the bathroom was not clean, had one unused towel(the reservation clearly stated 3 people were staying) 3 used towels used hand soap. Hair in the bathroom an a used bloody bandaid. No coffee...Our reservation stated it was a 40in television an it was clearly a 28-32in....Our bed skirt had a huge part that was clearly molded an soured.. Our son is autistic an obsessed with swimming so I made the issues clear to the front desk before heading to the pool(all that was done is she gave me soap an coffee in a bag an said "sorry we have a new housekeeper") as we enter the pool area i first notice its a mess in there, the hot tub still not working after 3 months but the excuse given is they're "waiting on a part" second thing is that the pool is clearly not being cleaned regularly im not even sure they use any kind of chlorine in the pool.. my son gets in an my husband an I sit on the side since there was NO POOL TOWELS on a Saturday.... We were at the pool for almost a hour an a half I went to the front to get my son a towel an was told they were completely out. Honestly I may even call the health inspectors office to do more digging it seems this whole hotel has a mold issue which is definitely a cause for concern. My family will not be back to this location, ill happily pay $30 more for the hotel down the road that is mold free an won't give my family a disgusting room.

This place is DISGUSTING! The odor that was in the hall was horrible! Looks like it hasn't been updated since the 70's! The sofa was stained and nasty. The wash clothes that were in our room was so soiled and stained. The blow dryer was black with mold/dust. The shower had mold in it. I will NEVER stay there again!

Shelby, The Young Lady who prepares the Breakfast is a Complete Joy!! She has such a Beautiful, Positive Energy & radiates light into your Morning!! Her Loving, Kind Spirit is very Rare & Customer Service Skills are Impeccable. She goes that extra mile for your guests & takes pride in making this a Gr8 place to stay. I would return just to see her smiling face during Breakfast. We are very Thankful to Shelby for adding much positivity & happiness to our trip!! 😊🏆😊

10yrs ago it was nice. Now- NO spa, NO fitness center, Only 1 elevator working. To cut costs, almost no chlorine in pool, only leaving limited items on breakfast so people take less and only refill when completely out. Owner doing housekeeping himself to cut costs. Rooms need new furniture and carpet.
