Last month Cook DFW replaced my roof. I called 8 roofing companies before going with Cook DFW. Daniel listened to everything I needed done and gave me excellent advice on improvements for ventilation. I have never seen a roofing company more efficient the day my roof was replaced than Cook DFW group. Blown away from start to finish. I will always be a Cook DFW customer.
We had used Cook DFW when we had a leak several years ago. The way they handled that situation for us (locating the leak, fixing the location, watching to ensure a complete fix and closing everything up) which entailed several trips and a few weeks of observation made us have them on speed-dial! After the storm in May we called right away to evaluate our property. They identified damage that we had not seen. Their thoroughness is commendable. We asked to be contacted in August to discuss the claim. Keith called when expected and set an appointment on our schedule. For the appointment he was on time, explained everything in our claim and answered all our questions. Everything is being done by the book. He's very knowledgeable about the claim process and of the materials that are going to be used. I completely trust Cook DFW Roofing & Restoration.

You couldn't ask more from a very responsible and honest roofing contractor. The company signs 2 people to the site to ensure that all work is done to high standards and that the customer is satisfied with the work through the process. Work started very early in the morning during 100 degree plus days. Trever was my contact point and he has been awesome working as a go between me and my insurance company, which ensure a job done right, on time, and providing the protection of my home.
I was referred by Essential Home Performance out of Van Alstyne. The team at Cook are very thorough, responsive, and provide comprehensive communication. My wife was home and She felt that the service provided was exceptional. The storms last night did some damage to our roof and these guys got on the roof and inspected for all possible damage and even sealed damaged spots with a temporary synthetic tarp and sealant. We know who to call for all our future roofing needs.
