It's not the Doubletree. You won't be happy if you need an outdoor pool also an indoor pool and spa an exercise room and a business service area. If you need fancy and over priced there are more suitable places in the area. There is the typical coffee maker set up and a microwave and mini fridge that all appear clean. I don't believe there are any breakfast services offered. So if paying $150/night and getting a complementary muffin and a yogurt is what makes you happy this ain't the place for you I would much rather take my $100 saved staying here and go to McDonalds anyway. But it's an excellent value for what it is and in this town and this economy. The hotel is old I would guess it was built in the early to mid 80s but from what I have seen it has been well maintained and is still impressively in good shape where it counts. Room is clean. No smells bugs obvious dirtiness or anything. Now I have not run a lab swab test and a black light and I won't because It feels and looks and smells cleaner than many much more expensive chain hotels I have stayed at. The room might be the slightest bit worn in a few spots but not enough to even be an issue for me and the bathroom is clean tidy and remodeled some time recently. The room is a little small in size but for the price it's not a problem. I prefer outside door entry hotels where you can park right outside your door so this works for me. And true to 80s hotel weird designs the room I'm in has 3 entry/exit doors. 1 to the parking spot, 1 to an inside hall way that leads to ice and vending and 1 door that could join the next room into if needed.. only in the 70s and 80s did you see this type of design and I prefer it over the way all hotels are built now days. They have a pretty legit looking security camera system I have noticed as I have strolled thru the property. I can only assume they are all functioning and recording. There is WiFi but I haven't used it. The smart TV in the room is awesome to get your Netflix fix. In my opinion this hotel is the best value in town for a reasonable person that just needs a clean honest room. It reminds me alot of what motel 6 used to be 20years ago. The man at the front desk (I assume the owner) that checked me in was not overly friendly but not rude at all as other reviews have said and it was a very fair and professional transaction and that's all I ask for. I will definitely stay again. They do charge a deposit and I will update if there is any issues with the deposit at check out.

We had no reservations, but we're able to get a room. She gave us a room that had no stairs and we could park at the door.

Stayed here for a week. The don't judge a book by its cover applies here. I have stayed in a motel 6 about 2 weeks ago and the floor was better. But here omg beds super comfy which is what I want after a long travel or work day. Friendly staff. I would recommend this place and stay again if given the opportunity again

I called to make a reservation but since my license says Ardmore I couldn't make one. When asked who the owners or corporate was the s.o.b. said "me" and then hung up. You would think that as run down as it looks that they would want to make the money for much needed repairs.
