Pitiful establishment. Consistently have waited 20+ minutes in the drive through even with next to no one else eating here. Have multiple times gotten bagels with missing ingredients. You’re better off going literally anywhere else. Got a Farmhouse sandwich that was completely missing ham and bacon that it was supposed to have.

My turkey bacon Avocado was somehow dry and soggy at the same time. The ciabatta bread tasted like it had been frozen and then thawed. The Avocado was so thin and watery that it soaked into the bread. You couldn't even scrape it up because it was somehow so liquid that it soaked in completely. Can't speak for the other menu items but stay away from the turkey bacon Avocado.

EBB is one of my favorite stops in town! my friends and I are there multiple time a week during the semester. Brian and Rachel are the absolute best. everything they make comes out perfectly tasty and timely. if there's ever a long line, it's well worth the wait.

The service at this location has gone way down hill. Don't take a job in service if you aren't a people person. Attitude when taking everyone's orders. Rolling your eyes while taking orders is uncalled for. I miss my wrestling fan server/host. Will probably not eat here unless he's working. He is the only reason we come now.

Staff is really nice and the building is really clean. The food and coffee is great and really glad that you can use your college flex dollars on products in store.
