Decor was nice, food okay. I was intrigued by description, but aside from pineapple chunks mixed in, there was little flavor. Server okay, though never offered to refill glass. Was a slow night, and a small army of waiters was hanging out by bar. After eating used restroom, found it to be dirty with urinal strainer in sink. I won’t be returning.
A favorite go to here in Ardmore. Todays visit was ok. Queso was cold. Tried something new and it was ok. But will be back and go back to my usual cheese enchiladas.
Our go to restaurant, with the best fajitas in Ardmore. We both grew up in Southern California eating authentic Mexican food and El Tapatio is as authentic as it gets. You can't go wrong with the food or people here.
Fast friendly service. Clean restrooms. Asada tacos were amazing and their green salsa was delicious. Very kid friendly. Has a whole section for vegetarian options.
Service was very good and the atmosphere was pleasant, but found the food to be bland, while I'm accustomed to spicier Mexican food. It was quite crowded for three on a Saturday afternoon so clearly a lot of people like it.
