I stopped in this morning to use the restroom and make a purchase from the store, not Subway. The two ladies behind the counter were both on the floor taking care of something, so that was no big deal. I placed my items on the counter and one of them finally got up, but she didn't say one word to me. She was either talking to the other girl on the floor or she was talking through an ear piece, so at some point she said "I mean, come on, say something!", so I was like "Yeah, that's what I'm talking about", so by this time my transaction was over and she managed to say "have a good day" in a very methodical tone, so I chose not to say anything back to her as by that time I felt ignored and she had the nerve to say out loud as I was walking out "well, she was rude". I could have handled this situation in several ways, but I chose to just keep walking. What I want her to know is that, in fact, she was rude. She didn't provide good customer service at all and regardless of someone's job, they should take pride in it and should treat their customers with respect and appreciation. Because of this experience, I would rather drive down the road an extra 10 minutes if I have to in order to find another store.
