We were in town to visit a loved one who is ill and booked our stay at the Four Winds. The owners, Jade & Nicole were amazing. They welcomed us in & treated us more like family than guests. This beautiful home is so warm & inviting. It's like stepping back in time with a rich history, antique furnishings, & an extreme feel of comfort. The location is perfect for a downtown stroll. I highly recommend this historic home for your next visit to Bonham, TX. I will certainly be back.
This location is absolutely amazing. Jade and Nicole are super friendly and do everything they can to help you. I showed up and checked in before spending time with my son and they were super friendly and good conversation. The guest door is set up on the side of the house on the patio and parking is on the front side of the house on the concrete or along the grass. Facing the house not facing the barn. You have easy access from the road and can easily see this location from the road. The rooms are amazing and maintain historical accuracy for the houses of this age for the most part. It's a great place to go relax and feel at home. Jade and Nicole will do everything they can to help you and be super friendly. They have goats and chickens on site and will let you go explore. There are plenty of places to sit and relax outside of your room. They keep everything clean and very well maintained and stocked. The location is very close to restaurants and places to have a drink if you would like to relax. It's like a home away from home and it is very comfortable and cozy.
When ever we plan a trip to Bonham, We always book our stay at Four Winds. Jade and Nicole are amazing. They always treat us like family than guest. The place is so relaxing and enjoyable. A historic and country atmosphere. That is home away from home. Anytime in Bonham you got to stay at the Four Winds! You will love it!
I cannot speak high enough of this place. It is the perfect place to enjoy Victorian style along with one of the best couples in the world. The owners were so accommodating to every need that we had. The breakfast was truly a country style breakfast with the freshest eggs. The only issue that I had was that we only got to stay one night.
Wonderful hosts, unique rooms, and the claw bathtub reminded me of scene from1883 - my husband didn't have to carry 40 gallons up the stairs though. 😁 steak dinner for Valentines Special was excellent. Thank you!
