Burgers and fries were very salty. Drink machine had some kind of funk with each pour. A little pricey as well. Staff was helpful though.
Debra in the drive-thru tonight was amazing. On my way home to Dallas, and she was extremely friendly, polite, and kind. Got my order out quickly and made sure everything was correct. This will always be my “headed-home” stop!
So, I’m not big on their fries. Kinda reminds me of the the potato chips in the can. The app for their store didn’t work to scan my sons phone. So we ended up having to pay for the whole reason we went there, that was supposed to be free. (I guess Freddy got his birthday wish) offer some thing for free, then charge the customer. Could’ve had a number populate below the QR code, in case the QR code didn’t scan for some reason. Thanks, but No thanks Freddy’s!!!
The lady in drive was so sweet. We always have a great experience when eating there. My boyfriend is a bit picky and they have never gotten his orders wrong.
Ordered a burger California style with onion rings and a DP through the drive thru. They were out of DP and onion rings. No problem, I ordered cheese curds and pink lemonade instead. Get to the window and they were out of pink lemonade. No problem asked for fruit punch instead. Burger was cold, cheese curds were cold and my wife's french fries and burger were cold. The best thing we got was the fruit punch. Worst Freddy's experience ever.
