Went in the morning of us heading out of town from a camping trip. The service, atmosphere, and food here are the absolute best and most authentic southern eating I’ve ever had. My group chose a variety of options from the breakfast menu and we were served delectable choices of egg, sausage, and biscuits that could have came from my own grandmother’s kitchen. From the plates to the mugs to the old fogies hanging out at the counter when you walk in, this place is as Oklahoma as it gets, and I *will* be returning.

Lori, Jesse and Lindsey are amazing people running a little Cafe that serves delicious, fresh, down home meals cooked with Care and Love. The BEST TASTING Fresh never frozen Hamburgers, with tender tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and soft Bun. French Fries are fresh not frozen and taste tender and crunchy. Catfish is amazing, homemade tarter. Fresh never frozen Chicken Fried Steak. Great Breakfast, Fresh delicious eggs prepared perfecly. Thank you Lori for your hospitality and having a great little cafe. Thank you Jesse for your hospitality and great cooking. Thank you Lindsey for your hospitality, we all enjoyed our food and the down home atmosphere.

Great service and great food on both taste and portion. Nice place for visitors and travelers to stop by even worthy to drive from another city to have lunch. Ordered chicken fried steak which is one of the representative food in OK state.

Great little place to stop for a bite. I haven’t tried their breakfast so I can’t comment on that, but their burgers are very good as well as their onion rings. I would recommend anyone give them a try. Check the hours before leaving comments about them being closed, they are posted.

Hungry Man Breakfast was a huge serving with some of the most satisfying breakfast food I’ve ever eaten.
Very kind staff, and asked about refills and service plenty. Truly a diner that is deserving of more patronage.
Make sure you stop by while in Thackerville.
