Came out same day and fixed the leak (more like flood)! Thanks for responding so quickly.
Valve and pipe in my laundry room burst and I needed a quick fix. They came out and were here for 20 minutes and said they'd mail me an invoice. Weeks go by and I finally get it and it's over 200 dollars. 165 dollars just to come out, 25 dollars for the 'special tool' they had to use, and over 50 dollars more for the replacement parts (when I looked up these parts, they were only a few dollars, not the inflated amount they charged) Stay away, they're only out to gouge you for money.
James and JR were extremely responsive in getting to our home very quickly. They fixed the leak in the water heater quickly and efficiently, and were very courteous and helpful. I would suggest you use them for your plumbing repairs.
