Rooms were great, clean, and cozy. Staff was amazing, Terri that works in the kitchen was great. Every day she was more than happy to help and keep everything stocked up. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be staying here every time I come through Denison.

I must say that I was totally surprised of the room size. They exceeded my expectations being in a small town. Had toilet issues but was quickly resolved. Amy at the front desk was amazing. The lady in the kitchen was VERY ACCOMMODATING!!!!!!!
20mins before closing she made fresh hot potatos and eggs and two familes a long with myself was able to enjoy a great breakfast. THANKS HAMPTON INN.

The room was GROSS. Room 202 to be more specific. Room smelled like smoke, refrigerator did not keep items cold, there was a crack in the counter top, hair dryer (see pic attached) was NASTY, and there were ANTS (see pic) in multiple locations in the room, very disappointed in the room standards. The room had a sofa/bed, there was a fitted sheet & a sheet available for use in the room. We asked the front desk for blanket / top layer of bedding and were given a fitted sheet and 4 pillow cases. The curtain covering the window by the sofa couch did not fully cover the window allowing a large portion of light to enter the room in the morning.
The room was very spacious and the employee interaction was pleasant, we were given a goodie bag at check in, the breakfast had a large selection and was tasty.

Excellent hotel! Staff who checked us in was super helpful. Pillows we requested were in our room. Breakfast was nice. Will stay again when we are in the area.

Great Place to stay. checking in was as smooth as can be. Front desk lady Amy was great. She helped every guest during checking with a smile and professionalism. Loved how she recognized everyone for being a member and handed out waters and snacks and thanked us for staying here.
