Called and spoke to them said they would be out the next day, stayed home all day with zero results, wife was home on Monday no one ever came. Called on Tuesday and they thought they had been there. I'm sure they drove by and saw the entire driveway was concrete from front to back and drove on by not wanting to work that hard. They said they woucome out and I said no that's OK. What has happened to customer service these days? If they would have followed through on coming out and looking and said the job wasn't good for them I would understand and be fully satisfied with a truthful response.
Left a voice-mail. No one returned my call. That's the 2nd time that has happened.
Had a leak in my attic on primary line. Mr. Helton and crew made time out of their very busy schedule to come and address my problem. Courteous, professional, prompt, quality parts, quality technicians! Outstanding service! Thank you so much! Phil Elmore
I chose this business based on the reviews, as most local plumbers had poorer reviews. They did come out and install a water heater as my 7 yo one was leaking. The 2 workers were not responsive and left without telling me they were done/what was wrong/or giving me a bill. I thought maybe they would mail the bill but after 2 weeks I had to call and leave a voice mail that I had not received it. I left my number and asked for them to call as I had some questions about the installation. The next day I received the bill for over $1,500 which I promptly paid and still no response. My kitchen faucet has low hot water pressure that it never had before and we discovered that the thermostats in the new tank were set at a low of 110 degrees, low enough to grow dangerous Legionella bacteria in the tank! I mean, they did come out and do the job but their lack of communication was so bizarre and it was negligent on their part to not check the temp! I'm so sick of businesses taking advantage of customers.
I called right before the Christmas break about a compression fitting that I broke. The fella that answered the phone walked me through the repair process so I wouldn’t go without water over the holiday. He didn’t have to do that. Could have just told me to book an appointment. That customer service is not lost on me. I was able to do the repair. You will be my first call when I really break something good. Thanks y’all!
