I love ribs, and baby backs are my favorite! Sure enough, that's the kind of ribs they have here. Unfortunately, they're absolutely tasteless: no smoke flavor, no seasoning flavor, not even a pork flavor. Positively. The worst ribs I have ever had anywhere.

My entire family ate at hickory BBQ on that day which I don't remember what day it was off hand, we all had chopped beef sandwiches and they were excellent we also had the chocolate cake and it was good as usual light and moist. Also for dessert some of us had Cherry crunch, it was all so good the only problem being there was too much whipped cream or whatever that topping was. So other than that everything else was magnificent including the staff. I definitely recommend this restaurant for great barbecue, good desserts and fine dining. 💞🌺💞💙💞🥀💞💜🏵️💞💛💞🌷

Food was great! All home made, took me back to the good home cooked meals my mother use to make, i loved it. Very nostalgic brought back lots of great childhood memories.. Prices an portions were surprisely reasonable for BBQ.. Wish parking was alittle better, food made up for it. Best BBQ in Bonham..
