Comfy, clean rooms. Nothing much more to say, really. The breakfast was pretty good. The wifi worked easily in room. Nice stay for my first time here. It was for work, so don't know if I'll be back here, but it was good representation of an IHG hotel.
Booked my hotel via my United Airlines reward points. When I got to the hotel, they said it wasn't paid for and I would have to pay with credit card to get the room. At check-out, they refused to give me a receipt since I booked "3rd party". I've been working with United Airlines/Expedia to get a refund. Twice they have called the hotel and they can't get ahold of a "manager" to verify. After 24 hrs they will refund my money and penalize Holiday Inn. Stay clear and far away from this hotel. They got paid twice for our room. Totally unethical!!
Worst Holiday Inn I stayed in! After a 10 hour drive I walk in to my room and it was dirty! They actually gave me a room they didn’t clean from a previous occupant. Went downstairs to let them know so they can give me a new room. They gave me a new room and when I went to open it, the key didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs to get another key! The room itself didn’t look great and I didn’t feel comfortable about it actually being clean after my experience from the start. Breakfast the next day was also a bad experience. I’m a fan of their biscuits and gravy but the gravy “if you can even call it that” was water down! It looked more like Milk then gravy!
Great hotel, room was perfectly clean and stocked with all necessities. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast came with a wide selection of great food. No complaints, price is reasonable.
Our first time staying here. The service was excellent from the time we walked in and left. On the breakfast they have a pancake machine and omg they were so good. Housekeeping was wonderful. If you get a chance stay here.
