This is the worst service I have ever received. I walked in at 10:45 for my 11:00 appointment. I was told Liz was supposed to do my taxes bit she cancelled. No one knew why. She finally came out with an attitude and said she was going to the doctor. We had a few words and she asked me... what kind of idiot waits until April 15th to do their taxes. REALLY? Obviously a lot of people! That's why they are so booked. She continued to throw a fit and quit and walked out...making a scene. Luckily I found somewhere else to do my taxes. I'll never go back to H & R Block.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in the 39 years I've been with H&R block and never once have I ever had another problem with H&R block. My taxes should have been finalized on 3/8 and taken less than 30 minutes. I cannot get anyone at H&R to return texts, phone calls and countless emails on my block. Am I the only person that can't get H&R to follow through and now can't call them directly. In some cases I've had to set an appointment for 4 days later just to ask someone to call me back. Its troubling and I have no faith that H&R will even finish my taxes by the filing deadline. Any suggestions for filing a complaint.

All 5 stars for Joyce Turner. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. She knew were to find all the breaks and as a direct result of Ms. Turner's professionalism I got a far larger return then I expected. Will I be back next year? Yes. Is it solely because of Joyce Turner? Absolutely, yes.
