I am on their VIP program. They come out twice a year to clean and inspect my equipment. They caught a gas leak when they checked in the winter. It was small but it could have ended up being really bad. They fixed and repaired the leak. I did have one problem this summer. I contacted management regarding my outside equipment not being cleaned and being told I needed to clean it. I got it cleaned. However, I was not offered or told about their service to clean my equipment thoroughly. Not just with a hose. The management took my complaint seriously and followed up with me. I recommend Hunter to everyone. Just make sure you are aware your outside unit needs to be thoroughly cleaned and not just washed off with a hose. This goes for every HVAC company. I really do like Hunter. They have always done their job and keep my house cool or heated. My outside unit has been cleaned. The problem was taken care of and I remain a satisfied customer. I included pictures of my unit for others to check.
Had a water leak under my house, one phone call and the service tech was there to check it out and give an estimate. Gave great suggestions on using my water until they could get it repaired. We are now fixed and everything is in good working order. D1-Carl PoorBuffalo was great and I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs with Hunter Super Techs. My furnace was not big enough for the size of my house and could not keep up heating/cooling. The ducts under my house had been damaged during a foundation repair. The company I had do duct repair did a really lousy job. When I complained they came back and dinked around patching some of it but never fixed it like it should have been done in the first place. I finally had to call Hunter and had everything replaced. I’ve been extremely satisfied with the professionalism, courtesy, and the timeliness of the job. Everyone had a specific job and they are getting it done. Their concern for doing it right and my heating/cooling comfort amazed me. I have already referred them to a friend that is going to use the furnace that came out of my house. They were careful with the removal and are going to install it for my friend. They did the electrical work, installation, and duct replacement perfectly. If you need heating/cooling call Hunter.
We have called them on 7 or 8 occasions. Three different jobs over the past 4 years. Not one time have they showed up for any of the jobs. Everyone says “stay away from them because you can’t afford them”! Well they are so unprofessional they won’t even show up. I would recommend anyone else beside these unprofessional rip-offs.
