Adam Busby was very friendly and professional from start to finish. We couldn’t find the issue until I mentioned the unit shutting off on its own from the panel. He knew almost immediately what it was and found the issue right away. Definitely made a right choice to use the company.
I called this morning and they were prompt in coming to our house, within an hour!! Diagnosed the problem, gave us options, talked with our home warranty department, and were extremely professional! Zach and his co worker were knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Wie will definitely be using them again!
Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed my HVAC problem quickly, turned my system back on and my home started to cool down immediately (it was a very hot day)! I appreciate Kevin and all Hunter Techs employees. They are kind, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and very caring of their clients. I have never experienced any difficulty with any employee who I have talked to over the phone or who has come to my home. I highly recommend Hunter Super Techs!
Our ac went out and it was pretty awesome on how quick Hunters came out to fix it the very next day! Whereas the other companies around here couldn’t get to us til next week. Tech Andrew Lain did a phenomenal job fixing our ac pretty quickly in a timely manner. He explained what was wrong very clearly and had a positive attitude about being there and fixing the AC. I definitely recommend and will be using Hunters from now on!
