    DO NOT GO HERE. Reading these reviews, there is evidence of a theme of experiences and terrible customer service. I traveled here with my young child for a place to sleep safely for the night. Upon entering the hotel, it was apparent remodeling was occurring, which did seem to be too concerning, yet. Once we got to our room, I noticed the door was jarred open and not locked (a first concern for safety.) Then, once inside, the safety lock on the door was made of plastic and very easy to push past if someone wanted to enter throughout the night. In addition, upon entering our room, my phone signal was SOS, which was concerning to me when communication is important and a key element that any hotel of any quality would prioritize. I immediately gathered all of my luggage and told the woman at the front desk my concerns of safety and she told me to call Brittany on Monday for a refund with a phone number to call (I trusted her customer service and now realize this was not going to be taken care of in such a manner.) When I called for an appropriate refund, the man Pri on the phone chose to not give me any names of people I can talk to and told me I am not going to be granted a refund. The customer service and quality is horrible. Rarely do I write reviews, but this experience was so significant I feel it is important to express to others what is occurring. Action has been taken on my end for appropriate refund. Do you as a company not recognize the value of customer service?

    The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and there was no dust on it. The rooms are very clean and carefully arranged, with mattresses and baths shiny and free of any dirt or stains. The bed and towels were completely clean and smelled refreshing.

    Booked a honeymoon suite. Upon check in we got our room keys. There was a toilet brush left in the elevator with some rags. Apparently house keeping leaves all the rooms open after they clean them. We got to our room and it was NOT the honeymoon suite I had booked. I went down stairs and all she could tell me was that they over booked….. how can you over book when there are only a few select rooms to book? She gave me a $20 refund thats it. No explanation no apology. Not happy. Terrible service and it’s definitely not as nice as the pictures online. Would not recommend to anyone.

    Everything was great till time to get the morning started. Breakfast was not there , lights out, nothing ready. Breakfast stated served at 6am-9am, we were downstairs by 6:30; looked like a ghost town. Doors locked to the outside in main lobby , we had to go out the kitchen door. Elevator broke so we had to take three flights of stairs down to main lobby (carrying our luggage) as there was no carts available due to main lobby being locked. Also, where there was no attendant. Just a sign.... Had us put down a $150 deposit because we booked the room online. When we called the number to get the deposit back, we were told that the girl called in at 4am. So the mgr had more than enough time to get another attendant or come in himself to accommodate the hotels promise to their guests. Highly inconvenient, unprofessional and not concerned about guests. Although, rooms were clean and they had cable; we won't be staying here again!!

    Got there, and no one was at the front desk, we waited about 10 min for someone to come up. She came, and I expected to be greeted with "sorry about the wait" or something like that but nothing. Got my room, walked up, and the room was not cleaned; it looked like someone checked out that morning, and they never cleaned the room. I walked down to the front desk again and told the lady that the room was dirty, and she said, "Okay." Once again, there was no apology or nothing. This place has potential, but the worst customer service and dirty rooms are not going to help. The video I am adding is the 1st room that we walked into, and the picture is the 2nd room they gave us, as you can see, the pillows are all over the bed. We wanted to stay near the casino, and all other hotels were booked, so this was my only choice.
