Arrived about 9:30 pm at least 5 tables dirty. There were two couples leaving as we arrived. I don’t know if they were short staffed or the reason for no one bussing the tables. Order was taken promptly and then they did catch up and clean the tables. Floors were not clean. The meal was good and the service good.
They re-staffed since my last visit. (Thank the lord) . The place looked and even smelled better. I went for breakfast between 7 and 8 am. Service was good. Nice waitress over by the coffee station. Booths and table areas were clean. Food came out quickly. Everything was hot. Plated nicely. (Before there would have been grease and egg yolk smears on plate) but now it was great. I finished my whole plate and I finished my wife's. (This is her review btw. It was already logged in as her) overall experience was great.
I have never understood the praises of IHOP, until now. While I didn't have a pancake, I did have a lemon ricotta french toast slice with sprinkled blueberries in addition to a new veggie pesto omelette. They were both very good but the veggie omelette was super delicious with a perfect mix of flavor. It was a egg white omelette with lightly cooked cherry tomatoes and mushrooms and topped with a drizzle of pesto, cooked tomatoes, a few more cooked mushrooms and thinly sliced avocado. This wasn't a huge omelette and I was glad I paid extra for the French toast substitute. Normally the omelette comes with fruit. Almost forgot, the coffee was ok; better than hotel coffee.
We went this Saturday morning for breakfast. They were busy and did not have enough help. We weren’t in a hurry so we decided to stay instead of leaving like some people. Once we were seated James our waiter took good care of us. Food came out hot. Sometimes just a little patience and understanding goes a long way. Great job guys.
My family just had one of the greatest experiences ever with a restaurant and this IHOP delivered big time. I had the Colorado omelete and the steak was perfectly tender, veggies were sautéed to perfection, and all the food was full of flavor. Everything came out fresh, hot, and tasting better than any breakfast I can remember. We can thank Gabriela for cooking up our fantastic food! Zachary was our waiter and he served us professionally with an awesome smile! He checked up on us multiple times, anticipated our needs, and took care of everything we asked for. Thank y'all so much for being awesome. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!!
