Very disappointed. No point in having 12 servers on the floor when I never get sat where I want or with who I want. Atmosphere has changed in the past 2 weeks, I noticed a new manager who I do not like, she seems to have changed a lot of things and not in a good way. The servers have lost their smiles, and the entire point of going out to eat and having your servers around you is to be in a comfortable and happy space and I’m very much a regular here, I’m here at least once a week if not more. My server last week told me they’re sharing sections even when it’s not busy. You either need a new general manager or this one needs to learn her job better and stop putting so many servers on at a time, especially during the day. Does she really think they can’t handle an entire section alone? Also I used to immediately get put in the front or the middle when I come in and lately I’ve been taken straight to the back, which I find irritating. The food is amazing as usual I have no complaints there, but it seems as though the cooks are also having a hard time adjusting to this new manager because there’s been more mess ups than usual lately. I’m not going to stop coming here because it’s one of my favorite places to eat but I wanted someone higher up to know because upon speaking to management in the restaurant I can tell I’m getting nowhere. Gary was an awesome waiter. Very knowledgeable. Manager also top notch. Food was great. Sirloin tips & eggs. Husband loved it! It also came with hash browns, extra crispy as requested! I had chocolate pancakes! Wow! I put 4 of those bad boys down. Awesome!
Listen, this was probably my worst dining experience ever. I am usually pretty laid back and easy going. My waiter, I believe his name is Adam, was complaining the second we sat down. He was loudly complaining about everything. He goes in the kitchen and loudly barks orders at the kitchen staff. The whole atmosphere was unsettling and bothersome. People go to eat to relax and enjoy themselves. Not have to sit and listen to constant bickering. We never received a single refill. My glass was empty before he even took our food order. My son's food was 15min behind our food being delivered to the table. My omelette was missing cheese and when my son did finally get his food, it was something totally different than what he ordered. He decided to just eat it so we could get out of there. The whole icing on the cake was being charged $7.50 for one plain and dry waffle. You can get to me once, but I will never return again. I left extremely upset and full of anxiety.
Steak tri tips. I am impressed with this one. I will order it again. Your chef ser the standards high today. Coffee was hot and really good. Great staff too. Yes. And it is awesome. Try it. Forgot to take a picture. Sorry. Next time
I gave 3 stars, well, it's IHOP. The food is IHOP. Now, my server James, I would give 5 stars. A young man, who was very courteous, kept us informed and took the time to talk to a couple of people old enough to be his grandparents. He was a pleasure. Didn't really want to talk food. Wanted to mention James. Thanks.
