As a restaurant, there’s a lot of things wrong with this place. The floors are completely dirty, Tables are sticky, And if it wasn’t for my server I probably would’ve left. Not trying to be picky because I used to be a server myself. When you first walk in, you’re supposed to be greeted, or at least acknowledge that someone will be there to help you, but there was this one guy sitting down absolutely doing nothing but another girl had to come over after helping her table to greet me. After I was finally said and greeted by server, I literally watched all the servers walk past the same piece of bacon for 25 minutes. The top to syrup was broken which I know ihop is supposed to refill or replace these and there was hair in my food. I took a picture just approve my point. At the end of the day, I hope this review helps improve this the conditions of the restaurant. I was to tired to argue or complain especially after working 45 hours in 3 days
Whoever we had for a waitress needs a raise. I never had to ask for a refill and she took the empty plates off the table very quickly after we finished. Food was all perfect too and came out quickly. 10/10 would recommend. However, I do not go when it is super crowded like a Sunday brunch or Saturday morning. I like going either before the rushes or after and I always get breakfast.
I waited very long to place an order. I got the manager's attention and he got my drink and said she was busy. She was talking extensively to everyone. I waited 20 minutes for a check while she had 1 table and visiting with staff. I paid out with the manager. He offered no apology.
Server was very inattentive... waited an hour for food. My partner food was served 20 minutes before mine... we would ask for something and server would disappear for long periods of time and come back empty handed. Had to ask for syrup 3 times. Didn't put first responder discount on bill and had to go back and fix it. Worst service I've ever had
Wow, I had the BEST experience with my server. He’s a taller gentleman, I believe his name is Adam, I’ve been here many times, but never received such outstanding service before. I-hop , I hope you are able to keep him on staff, you are lucky to have him because he made me and my family feel like we were at red lobster. I’ll from now on make sure he is there before I come to this establishment..
