At this point stop calling it fast food. Spent 30 minutes in the drive through didn’t even get what I ordered. No cheese on my sandwich got wrong size drink and regular fries instead of curly, fries don’t look right.
To whom it may concern, this will be the last time my family spends 64+ dollars at your establishment. Three times now, we've ordered sourdough Jack's, and three times we have received untoasted sourdough Jack's. I don't know about you, but I don't like butter flavored bread, not toasted. I and / or my family would rather wait for it to be right then made as fast as you can. You also need to put more lettuce on the tacos.

The food was great. Hot fresh and greas, just how I like it. The store looked really dirty tho. Maybe just old, but certainly a bit sketchy. Wasn't dirty enough to not eat there but the toilets were definitely too gross to use.
Came here at 2am pulled up to the drive through the whole staff was out back smoking. Dude walks up taps on window and asks me if we could give them a few mins so they could smoke 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ like seriously dude? All 4 of you need to smoke at the same time and feel the need to tell the customers? The pitfalls of employees. We just drove off and went to whataburger where they put the customer 1st. Sorry Jack in the crack we will take our $50 order somewhere else. A note to jack himself maybe train your staff to put the CUSTOMER 1st.
