The best Jack in the box in Texas. Faster, fresher, cleaner, and friendlier than the rest. Staff was playing music of their own over the tired-a$$ soundtrack and I appreciated that. No drama, just working.
Got order on screen right in drive thru then had me pull up to wait in front of store had no gas parked to go inside then order was wrong then the did not want to make it right never returning
After reading months of drive-thru complaints on here I'm sure NOTHING WILL BE DONE since the owner has responded to people many on here but STILL HAS NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM. I too waited in a slow line for nearly half an hour only to find the drive-thru on Saturday night is being run by 3 teenage looking boys who did nothing but stand around while the line behind me slowly grew longer. When I complained about the slowness and asked for the manager in charge I was told one of the boys was him. He offered a flippant excuse and turned back to continue visiting with his fellow employees. I won't be going back here again. This is a ridiculous excuse for a business.
I went inside. I ordered a jumbo jack with bacon and cheese and a small curly fry. The lady asked if I wanted the combo. I said no. When she gave me my change and receipt she also handed me a medium cup. I assumed she either charged for a combo because it was cheaper that way or just being nice. When I got my bag the curly fries were missing. I went back in with the bag and receipt. I tried telling the lady that I didn't get my fries. She said "I asked if you wanted the combo." I said Ididn't. I only wanted the fries. I tried to explain that she misunderstood me and charged me for a drink and not the fries that I ordered. She kept saying over and over " I asked you if you wanted the combo" she still wasn't understanding what I was saying. Eventually she said" ill just give them to you" very aggressively. I said thank you , not in your typical nice way but sarcastically. She then went into Hispanic rant . Nothing nice. Im sure. I told her she could say whatever she wanted. I grabbed my CORRECT order and left. I've never had a good experience at this jack in the box. Drive thru or inside. Its predominantly Hispanic females and they all seem miserable and irritated to serve you. Maybe this jack in the box should try hiring some employees a little older. More mature. Ones that pay attention. And ones that don't use their use of Spanish to hide behind. Wont go back. Its definitely not worth it.
One star is too high. Pure none sense. After waiting 20 minutes in a drive through for 20 minutes for 4 tacos (one with out cheese. ) got home the order was wrong. I went back up there to get my money back. The idk of she was even a manager miriposa? Didn't have a name tag looked at me like I'm dumb asked for the receipt. I asked if it was in the bag, she said no, I said I guess I didn't get one then. She said we can't refund it or change it. Then.... preceeded to throw my food in the trash. I was robbed. Took my money and took my food. I won't ever in my life return. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!! Oh and jitb owner.... Don't reply with some generic message to me. I see the long string of disappointed reviews of this location. I'll take my 6.50 loss and call it a night. Apparently, you need it worse than me. If you do venture there ask for your receipt.
