I am incredibly impressed with the customer service I received from Lankford Roofing. Specifically Joe. He was was very cooperative in working with my schedule. He was persistent in reassuring me they would do a good job and they did not fall through with their carry out of the job. My roof looks great! It was a fast, easy, clean process.
They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up the yard before they left and hauled it all away. The workers were professional, courteous and got the job done. They did a great job and my house looks so much better. They matched the vents to the gutter trim color. I had both a roof and the gutters replaced. I'm so glad to no longer have a leaky roof. Their prices are reasonable.

They got in there on time worked their tails off was great to watch. This is how all companies need to operate super hard workers replaced and repaired everything needed went above and beyond can't say enough good!!!! So excited on how it came out looks fantastic. John Henry our sales guy handled everything from the insurance to every detail stress free . Right after the hail storm struck, Joe Hall of Lankford, was there assessing damages, talking with our insurance company, and stopping by to go over their bid in-depth. Joe was thorough and always available for questions. The roof is exceptional, in both quality of the install and GAF shingles. We’ve been using Lankford for previous roofs and they certainly have impressed us again.

He worked with my insurance company and took time to explain everything to me and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
