The only reason why I gave two stars is because 1) The showers are extremely clean. 2) The woman who "ORIGINALLY" took my order at Subway was very polite and respectful. A manger had to cash me out. She was truly sarcastic and rude to me cause she is doing way to many things at once. She is trying to cash me out with a pizza pan in her hand. I politely asked for a bag, which I shouldn't have had to. Then, she acts like I demanded her to get the bag and says, "Well, can I put the pan down cause I'm doing 50 things at once." I said,"Sure, I continue to tell her ma'am I'm not asking you for all those details. I just need a bag for my items." Well, I just got so much to do." I simply said ma'am common sense goes a long way. She continues to ramble on, and my response was ma'am have a goodnight." IF I WOULD'VE KNOWN THAT PAYING FOR MY ITEMS AND ASKING FOR A BAG WAS GOING TO BE THIS COMPLICATED I JUST WOULD'VE WENT ON ABOUT MY BUSINESS. SMDH 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
The satellite pump is 2 feet ahead of the main fuel pump and the hoses are very short. the layout and location are pretty bad. I would recommend going somewhere else if you can. The store is well stocked, clean, and the bathroom was clean.
Store and pumps are busy. Like someone else mentioned, the design for pumps are pretty bad. Shower is pretty decent. Clean, spacious and have a decent water pressure. Subway was crowded like they were giving out free sandwiches.
I stopped here for gas on a cross country trip on 9/25/2023 and had an issue with the first gas pump after I put my debit card in. I went inside and told them and 3 people did not know how to fix it, so I said I'll just move to another pump. I pulled forward, got gas and told the pump "yes" for a receipt - no receipt was provided. Got home, next day checked my bank and it turns out I bought gas for the guy who pulled up after me at the first pump cause their machine kept MY info! It is now 10/16/2023 and I have called and emailed more than once with the GM, Jacob Akin and had correspondence from Leslie Kimbrell, their cash auditor and still my money has not been returned!! They know they owe it to me, they just won't return it. I travel this road frequently and will NEVER stop here again.
Small Love's but the employees have big hearts! We got a flat tire on our 9 hour drive and they helped us get the spare on in 15 minutes to get to Discount Tire down the road. We truly appreciate businesses that go above and beyond. The employees inside were also very friendly to our children who were trying to get out of the heat.
