I called this morning and they were here within an hour. Replaced my thermostat and were gone in 30 minutes. Highly satisfied customer!!
The quality of service was great, their response time to the appointment was great, but the two service call rate was a disappointment and surprise. If they don’t have your parts and have to order them and come back, the charge is a minimum of 1.5 hours labor.
I tried to schedule service with this company and since I am a property manager, they asked me for a credit card on file, which was fine, and a W-9. I didn't understand why they wanted a W-9. I wanted to understand. A W-9 is usually requested when someone pays you, not when you pay someone. I spoke with Holly, their accountant and explained I've never heard of that and told her my experience with W-9's. When I told her I didn't understand why she needed that (and I was very polite), she became hostel and told me she had alot of problems with property managers, that she had an accounting degree and didn't need to be told what it was for. She copped an extremely bad attitude, was rude and unprofessional and I told her I didn't appreciate it. She told me, 'if I was going to be that way, they wouldn't service me' and hung on me! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I asked a simple question...that was all!
Even though it was a relatively small repair - they were prompt - same day - and did an awesome job explaining the issue and repairing it - as well as giving instructions to ensure we can prevent this from reoccurring. Thank you so much!
