I placed an online order around 4:30pm 2/12/2024 for a ten piece nuggets, large fries, McChicken, and a medium coke. With two sweet and sour sauce. I waited a while for my order and I'm on with that because it's normally fresh that way. When the gentleman came to my car he wasn't the least but friends, and was moving fairly slow. My fries and nuggets were cold,and my coke has no ice at all. My sauces were also missing. I generally experience slow service here but today the whole experience was just enough to go somewhere else.
We went through the drive through and the people were nice but slow. We ordered ice cream cones and the machine wasn't broken, but it took 10 minutes to get them out because they forgot about us. Other than that the food was a good temperature and delicious!
I don't mind the wait in line,, But you HAVE to have the register employees TRAINED!! My guy called back asking for help on ALL entries for the three people in front of me... so when I got up there, I asked manager to stay because I had an online coupon.. The register employees are the front line of customer service!! They should know EVERYTHING from in back, like, "does this come with mayonnaise " and how to answer all questions, and do the register perfectly. It makes the company look incompetent and don't focus on customer service. When I worked in the '80's at fast food, the register was the premier position, the brightest employees worked it, and they had to work in ALL positions before going to register so they could answer ALL questions to people coming in..Customer service and competent register employees ARE A MUST!!
Your bathrooms have been extremely nasty Everytime I have been here if it was just once I would not be leaving this review. But it's been one day a week at least for a mth. Please get someone to address this issue. The toilet should never all 3 be this bad
I will drive past this location to eat somewhere else inside. I'm giving this location a 2 mainly because going inside and trying to place your own order on a kiosk machine to me is very frustrating. Especially, if you want to pay cash you still have to go to the counter and give them your ticket and the cash where they could have taken your order to begin with. This was absolutely ridiculous. The line at the self order had multiple people trying to place the order and getting extremely frustrated trying to figure out the system with little to no help. The inside area where you sit down had multiple dirty tables that were not being cleaned and maintained, yet they were very few people inside sitting down yet. They were all trying to figure out how to place an order so they could eat. Next time I will just go through the drive-thru order my food, pay for it, and then go inside and sit down to eat; of course after I wiped down and cleaned my own table. Our society is getting so un customer friendly you pretty much hate going anywhere to shop or eat anymore.
