Orders are hardly ever right, rude customer service, especially at the drive thru window and they never answer their phones...water down coffee full of coffee grounds on bottom. What happened to this place, it used to be great. Headquarters needs to check this place and get it back to good food, good customer service...maybe wrong people working there, you have to care of what you do if not it's giving McDonald's a bad reputation.
Yes ordered frappes online through app paid for my order. When I got to drive through and gave my code the girl was very nice. When we got to the pick up window the OLD LADY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE SHE OPENED THE WINDOW AND STATED I DONT HAVE YOUR FRAPPES THE MACHINE IS BROKE..well I set there because I wanted to know how long it was gonna take to refund my money since I paid in the app. She can back and opened the window and asked what else did i want....this old woman has no Customer service and is extremely rude and I will be contacting the manager today about her and my refund
Had to wait 10 minutes for french fries, then they brought out the wrong order. Had to remake the whole order. Had to wait another 15 minutes. Big Mac was falling apart, bun was soggy, fries were WAY to salty, they used to be my favorite thing there, but they were mostly soggy too, not the normal for sure.
This is a very busy location. Hot food and awesome services. The young lady who waited on me was new, her 2nd day. Very sweet and pleasant. The best part the manager who was trainer her encouraged her, have her complements while helping her, big Attagirl for the managers!
Very appreciative that I was forgotten about for 20 minutes after being asked to move forward. Had to go back around and even then my order was still missing my items. At least I get to enjoy my nice cold food after being forced to wait a total of 35 minutes though! 🥰🥰🥰
