Wasn't good, barley warm hamburger. It was midday, lunchtime, and the burger tasted like it had been sitting under a lamp for awhile, as was the apple pie. Fries were hot and fresh and the only reason for 1 star. They were out of ketchup at the condiment stand so I went to the counter and asked. The young lady pointed to a bin on the counter that was nearly empty. The inside of that bin appeared as though it had not been cleaned in weeks, it was nasty. I was not about to stick my hand in there to retrieve the few remaining packets of ketchup much less use them. I told the young lady it was dirty and not about to use anything out of the bin. She reacted with indifference. I suddenly felt uneasy about the quality of the food I I just ordered. Reluctantly I ate anyway, I was on the road and could not afford any further delay. Pretty sure I will not go back to this location.

My wife came through the drive through tonight. Had to repeat order 3 times at the speaker. Then when she get to the window they give her the wrong order all around. She repeats order again not once but two more times. The little girl working window give her a snarky smile when the food is handed to her again. You wanna guess where I’m going?!?!? It was wrong again!!! Look. All you have to do is listen!!! Pretty simple.

Wife and I stop here when traveling to and from Paris TX to Denton TX. The staff is super friendly. The food is always fresh and hot. It's a good McDonald's surprisingly so.

Grabbed some food on my way home. Staff were nice, however got home my daughter was eating her French fries and found someone's earing in the fry box. Needless to say we live 30mins away and we threw that box of fries away.

After working all afternoon without breakfast OR lunch, my husband and I ordered 2 fish filet sandwiches for an early dinner. I requested they be dropped fresh and was told it would take 6 minutes. I confirmed that would be fine. THREE minutes later they were ready. I should have checked them but failed to open the bag until we arrived home whereupon I found the filets had been cooked almost to non existence! We ate them anyway. Did I mention we had not yet eaten AT ALL for the day?
A few minutes later, feeling a little unwell and a whole lot dissatisfied, I called and spoke with the manager who informed me that in order to obtain any replacement I would have to return the sandwiches. Needless to say, we would not be returning them unless we managed to regurge!
What has happened to the quality and pride in one’s job, even if it IS just fast food? What has happened to customer service? What’s happened to simply doing the right thing?
