General Manager Glenda oversees the distribution of soggy freshly ordered bacon, egg & cheese biscuits. She kindly offers to remake them at your travel expense instead of having decent ones delivered/swapped. Yes, one biscuit was made with less than a full bun. They did a good job of eliminating my appetite for my order.
I drove to this mcdonald’s late last night, waited in line for 10-15 minutes total, which is no big deal they were busy, but when i ordered i ordered 2 sweet teas and 2 cookies. i was told the wait time on the cookies would be 5 mins. no biggie i was in no rush. when i got to the second window, i paid for 2 cookies and 2 sweet teas. they told me to pull up to the last window to wait for the cookies so i did. finally after 5-10 minutes of waiting i was given 2 sweet teas a milkshake. no cookies. paid for 2 cookies got a milkshake. disappointing. it was already 1 in the morning so i could’ve cared less so i just bit my tongue and drove home. wont be coming here again.
Usually have no issues or complaints but today I opened my burger wrapper and the bun had red like dots all over it which isn’t usual for the hamburger buns
I am usually not one to complain. Im usually a very understanding person, I work in food service as well but what happened tonight is ridiculous. I put in an order for curbside and gave them about 10-15 because I left my house and had to get gas. When I pulled into the curbside spot and put in the stall number, I waited for 17 minutes and no one came. Eventually, I went through the drive thru (I would usually go through the drive thru to save them the walk but tonight I had a very bad headache and did not feel like really speaking) when I got through the drive thru, it was another 12 minutes before I got my food. And they proudly presented me with cold food, a watered door drink, and an attitude.
Used the mobile app to order ahead. Waited over 10 minutes in the car. Finally came out with my food but forgot one of my drinks, when I told her she forgot one of my drinks, she just looked at me. So I showed her on the receipt and then she went back and got it for me and apologized. Will no longer use the McDonald's app at any location. It does not help you save time at all
