Took more than 10 minutes to prepare foods while there were only 2 customers in the whole McDonald. We were in Drive Through ordered some happy meals and some sandwiches.
Stopped in an ordered Quarter Pounder double with fries and a pop, took one bite into my sandwich the meat was pink in the middle n had to give it back to the cashier; but they did fixed me another one then I had to buy more fries while waiting on my other sandwich, because the others were cold, you have to eat the fries with the burger it's a combination.
Ain’t no way y’all stay understaffed 24/7 to where the drive through always take 5-10 mins between the attendant taking orders. Hire people and properly staff the place. I came here one time and y’all had 2 people closing the night of a football game. 2 people to handle 20+ cars and more coming in.
We went through the drive thru and the order was precise, food was not perfect but fries were hot and burgers were just warm. The problem I had with this location is it looked like they just threw our burgers and fries in the bag! The burgers were half wrapped and unwrapped one of the fries were at the bottom of the bag because the fry bag was busted. Be better McDonalds! We spend our hard earned money in your restaurants and we deserve it prepared and served hot, and with respect.
There was a line of people waiting at the counter. No one could order using the kiosk because it was off. I was not hungry, so it didn't bother me. But others it did. I was waiting on my bus.
