I went through the drive thru at McDonald’s in bonham tonight. I got home and my chicken is so dark. Along with my French fries. And taste just awful. Like they haven’t changed their grease in weeks. I took another bite of the chicken nuggets and got poked in my mouth by something that looks like a bone the roof of my mouth even started to bleed!! It was sharp. Can’t get on the phone with anyone up at the store. And my sister has the car now so I can’t go back up there. But I have pictures of it all. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING and DISAPPOINTED
Food is the same no matter. Service-drive through is busy but when there's 4 waiting after the drive through. And 6 before the drive through and customers inside waiting... Just seems customer service is looking at a computer and just taking your own sweet time. Their competition is much quicker but they are always out of something or other..
The soda machine doesn't work properly. The self-checkout kiosks wouldn't allow anyone to pay. The parking lot layout is such that if there are more than 2 people in the drive-thru, then you'll either be unable to park or leave your parking spot as the line blocks the path.
If I could give less I would. First I’d like to say the staff is horrid and non personable. Second when ordering nuggets and you get one sauce so you ask for a second and they charge you an outrageous price for a sauce that doesn’t come out of their check or pockets. One sauce is not enough for a nugget meal and the price per sauce packet is appalling. Then when you ask for a second sauce they act as if you are dirt and the staff treats their customers like trash. I can not wait for whatabutger to open bc this McDonald’s location has gone to hell. They forget chicken on CHICKEN SANDWICHES, the chicken isn’t cooked thoroughly, burgers are never fresh and are always cold and taste like they have been sitting for the day. If I could deter every person from going to this location I would. They need to shut down and either open something else or reassess the management and teams. Employees are trash. They are rude and act as if you are an inconvenience to them for ordering there. I used to love McDonald’s and this location has ruined it!
You know I understand when it's late at night 11pm and maybe the nuggets have been sitting for a small while but when I came tonight after a long day at work spent almost 11$ for a meal and the nuggets was hard as a rock and cold. This mcdonald's just really sucks. The one in Paris and other cities are so much better. This owner is trash and needs to hire better management. Mcdonald's employees are the absolute worst here. Never agian.
