While she waited for his response a few moments later he said “you know this is going to take a while.” Didn’t even take the time to open up the unit to inspect coils, saw a little rust and said it need’s total replacement. I’ve gotten 2 quotes from other companies that with his report without even coming out we’re $5800 and $6000... Capacitor went out on an older compressor around 5:00 and by 8:30, Chris and two young men were out here and replaced it. Same day service is really hard to find these days, but these guys are reliable and professional and go the extra mile! I had them out in the winter with another issue and Derrick took care of that as well. This is a top notch HVAC company that focuses on customer service and satisfaction. Thanks again PHI!
