Mr. Shelburne responded very quickly oh came the very next morning which was so surprised with all the hot weather. He told us we needed to know unit but they're very hard to get right now so we're limping along he fixed it where it would run thank you Jesus and and told us if we could make it into the fall it would be much easier to get a hold of one so he was very fair on his price to fix it, ads best he could.v really nice honest manm

This is my first time to have Shelburne Heating & Air help me with an issue I was having with my air conditioner. I'm so glad I happened upon them looking up HVAC repairers in my area. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned about getting a tech out to my house and helping me with my problem. The diagnostic fee was much lower and more reasonable than another company I called first. They sent someone out the same day, (within 3 hours of my initial call to them). The tech was super friendly and professional. He tested electrical components of my outside unit, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes. (He made it look easy, but I'm sure it's because he is very knowledgeable about what he does). He didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need or tell me I needed something I didn't. He fixed it the first time. It has been running great with no issues since he worked on it. Super honest, fast, fair pricing. I will be using Shelburne Heating & Air for ALL of my HVAC needs from here on out. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

During this pandemic, it is normal to feel apprehensive about having someone out to your house. My furnace was not working correctly, so I had to bite the bullet. Shelburne was quick to come out. The twch wore a mask and was quick to fix the problem. I was not overcharged. I have used their service more than once. They do a great job.

Shelbourne is hands down, the best! They come at a moments notice and make sure that everything is the way it should be with your heating and air. Curtis is awesome! And Shelby is very attentive and helps out tremendously to make sure a tech gets to your house.

I just happened to be getting gas & grabbing a snack this morning at one of Durant’s most popular gas stations. I couldn’t help but notice two of Shelburne’s Team. They stood out with their bright-colored, clean & polished uniforms. Then, their friendly and considerate manners were quite impressive, while inside the store. They seemed super-excited to start their day! Upon returning to my car, I wasn’t at all surprised to see their work truck was clean & neat, as well. I thought to myself, if these guys take that much pride in their appearance, attitude & attention to detail, it’s a good indicator of Shelburne’s service...they are MORE than a 5 Star company!!! (I found out later that these two fine Representatives of Shelburne Heat & Air were Ross & John) Keep setting the bar High—Gentlemen!!!!!
