DO NOT STOP HERE!! Shell should pull their franchise from this place. Not only were the doors and floors dirty but it smelled dirty. Men’s restroom closed and women’s dirty. No towels just restaurant napkins to dry hands. No towels at all at pumps. Pump very slow to fill tank.
This place is utterly DISGUSTING!!! Every single toilet in the womens bathroom was clogged or broken and had been that way for awhile! The floors and doors were filthy too! There is absolutely NO WAY I'd buy anything to eat from a place this filthy either. If I could, I'd give negative stars!
Literally the nastiest restrooms in all of cook county, this is worse then the port a jons. I've stopped here multiple times thinking maybe it's just an off day.... today it smelt so bad I almost puked... loose toilets, leaking "fluid" on the floors, filthy mirrors, HORRIBLE odors EVERY TIME. I work construction in this area for 3 yrs and it's been horrible everytime.
My husband has Alzheimers and often gets disoriented. He went into the station to get some food and cash from the ATM. I had to go in and straighten things out. Your cashier, Steve, was very helpful and kind. Give that man a raise!
The management has been changed from 6 months and from then I see excellent customer service with new gas pumps, lots of inventory and the Indian food here is so good that I visit the place very often for the tasty lunch..
