You guys need to come out west and teach our sonics how to get those drinks out ASAP. We ordered online about 3 minutes out. When we got there or drinks were ready both times and the place was super packed. Don't know how you do it but need to teach other locations what's your tricks are! Keep up the good work guys.

Last minute decision, should have gone to taco bell. Just look at these chili cheese tots, this portion size is for what, a 2yr old? Not to mention it wasn't even hot. Parking lot smelt like sewage plus for not being busy it sure took awhile.

Been going to this Sonic 3 to 5 times a day to get unsweet tea, and sometimes order breakfast, lunch or dinner for two years. Going this much, they are bound to mess up an order or two. I always order ahead on the app, so they should get it right most of the time. The night shift messed up my order frequently. Whether it was no ice in the tea, or a sweet tea instead of an unsweet tea, I went the next morning to get a replacement. They always made it right until the assistant manager accused me of lying. Hey Sonic, it's your nightshift messing up the orders, don't blam the customer if they don't want to pay for something they didn't order. Plus the new manager says Sonic corporation won't let them give half price drinks at a stall order anymore when the app is down; that is a lie as customer service says that's not true. I spoke with the district manager about my concerns, and he made me feel better about it, for a little bit, until I realized he was gas lighting & making excuses for the assistant manager accusing me of lying. No accountability, not taking responsibility, & blaming the customer. I give this Sonic one star. I haven't been back to the First street Sonic sence I was accuse of lying about my orders being wrong.

This is a great place for lunch on the go even dinner. I've used online orders and have had great experience. Always exactly what I ordered. If not, it was my fault! I'm liking internet ordering from home or phone. Like this place.👍

An average sonic. A little difficult trying to find parking spaces here because they are constantly busy. Customer service is very good.
