Ordered my food thru drive though. Sat at the window waiting for my card that I just used next door . Poor internet
There food is generally ok, but I'm getting so tired of their stall consoles not working correctly. I'm told that it is the same malfunctioning consoles that were at the old store. That's right. "Duh, these things didn't work right at the old store. Uh, let's put them at the new store!" Smart.
Manager doesn’t care and won’t fix anything. 2 orders in 7 days were completely wrong and missing items and I’ve not received any call or anything from him. It doesn’t matter if you file a complaint with the website bc they either don’t tell the business or the business doesn’t care. Waited 40 minutes and my order was wrong and missing items BUT, on a night where the high school had a game, they literally only had 2 people working. The poor girl that was bringing the food out was obviously overwhelmed and looked to be having a panic attack or close to it. The guy with “little man syndrome” in the Challenger in the drive thru was enough to have made anyone walk out but she didn’t. Luckily some coworkers showed up to help out. But give that poor girl a raise, she handled it way better than most.
Food good service is slow at times new building service is getting better ice cream is great its getting better 👌 don't like using an app to get good deals
Very disheartening to pull up and see 4-5 employees all hiding behind that new wooden fence to smoke at the same time... and the rest hanging in the kitchen paying no attention to the drive thru speakers(or maybe they're busted already), since the store remodel service is terrible.. I have not received a correct order YET... Asking for a no veggies mayo only burger and somehow 20 pickles and everything BUT mayo ends up on it everytime... Ask for double quarterpound CB and it's made obvious the employees don't know their own menu or what goes on the items. Doesn't matter if the alterations are on the receipt or not.. they're not on your food... that's for sure... This review wouldn't exist if this wasn't a repeating problem.... Gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just the rush and busy-ness since the reopening but this is the 4th time it's happened at a time when there was only one other car in the parking lot besides us - second time trying the drive through and nobody answered the speaker... and we were the only vehicle in the drive thru line. Terrible.... Very sad, will no longer give my business to the Healtdon location.
