Never received our food. After waiting 30 minutes when they said our food was on the way, went inside and discovered they had lost or given our order to someone else. They apologized. We cancelled our purchase. They were very understaffed, but that seems to be the trend for Sonics in the North Texas region. I believe Sonic will cease to exist within 10-20 years.

Ive stopped in at this location probably 10 times in the past 3 months and the food is always just 'warm'....barely warm at that. Tater tots and corn dogs are usually given to me at room temperature. Hot dogs sometimes have a slight warmness to them. They are going to give someone food poisoning. Yesterday's visit will definitely be my last visit there. I would rather make the drive and spend my money at the Gainesville location. I have only recieved hot fresh food from them. Muenster location could definitely take a lesson from the Gainesville store.

This location is always out of stuff like buns or ice cream or removing stuff from their menu that other sonics have it would be different if it wasn’t so often but every time I stop at this location it’s like they don’t have anything. It would be easier to ask what they do have. I won’t be coming back to this one.

Was awesome they had a spot with a menu for our 29 ft RV. We ordered and ate there..it was a first for us and will do again.

Rachel the carhop tried to take my change without even attempting to hand it back to me first. Not very happy about this. Service is super slow and bad attitudes. Food was horrible. Server had tattoos that were very offensive and manager was in the car next to me that Smeelling like weed bad. Had them make me. Shake with no toppings because im allergic to a cherry and get me a shake with a cherry. So i had a E.R. trip! Will never go back!
